2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Probably the best known of the Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for its’ bold character; and typically each vintage is distinctive from one year to the next. Our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon has spicy scents of roasted sweet pepper, candied apple with soft floral notes of violets and hibiscus. This is a complex wine with deep flavors that offer tastes of plum, cherry, tart raspberry and smoky mocha. Though this wine is already aged and ready to drink, it is suitable to lay it down for at least ten years.
