Cabernet Franc is a heritage Bordeaux varietal and is known to have a lighter, softer tannin structure compared to its offspring, Cabernet Sauvignon. Our 2014 release is redolent of raspberry, currants, red bell pepper, and nutmeg on both the nose and on the palate. We recommend pairing this wine with grilled, smoky fajitas and rich mole sauces!
